Vegan Chocolate Truffles

Who doesn’t love chocolate, peanut butter, coconut & cinnamon?! I certainly do :) and you can’t even taste the banana!  There are recipies for vegan chocolate fudge all over pinterest, but I think truffles are much nicer, even though they do require an extra step!



  • 2 bananas
  • 1/2 cup coconut butter
  • 1/3 cup of peanut butter
  • 1/4 c cocoa powder (plus extra for dusting)
  • 1 tbsp agave
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of salt


  • Chop up the bananas, combine with all other ingred
    ients in a food processor or blender
  • Once everything is smooth, transfer to a container to freeze
  • Once frozen, use a melon baller or small spoon form truffles
  • Roll each truffle in cocoa powder or powdered sugar
  • Work quickly and refreeze the batter halfway through if necessary
  • Keep truffles refrigerated or frozen until serving
